    Thanks for the comments. Lou has a framed metal screen over the hole and it looks good. There was a place at the bottom of the compartment for an exhaust so Lou just had to have a local guy fab up a pipe for it.

    As far as being brave when he first cut the hole. A lot of that bravery comes from teamwork. We've been married for over 20 years and I've watched him work on things enough that I trust his workmanship. He thinks things out with my input. I don't know what he's doing most of the time but when he wants to show me something or explain something to me... it's often just to help him run it through his head one more time. Sometimes I ask a question that leads him to another idea. And sometimes, I've read something on a forum somewhere and can add that information as well. The final decision on how to do anything is always his to make but he listens to my thoughts and my fears and takes all of that in before he makes a decision. I love that about him.

    I'm also good at standing to the side and praying for things to turn out or go well. (I'm not kidding here.)
